Q: How fast do you respond?

We aim to reply within 24 hours on weekdays. Weekends may be slower but we still check in.

Q: My child forgot their password — what do I do?

Go to the login page and use the "Forgot password" link. The reset email goes to the parent email address on the account. If you're still stuck, email us.

Q: Can I delete my child's account and data?

Yes, always. Email info@kickstatshub.com with the subject "Delete Account" and we'll take care of it within 72 hours.

Q: Do you offer KickStats Hub for football clubs?

We're working on a club/academy plan. Get in touch and we'll add you to the early access list.
