KickStats ("we", "us", "our") is a football statistics and entertainment platform operated by Candour IT, accessible at kickstatshub.com. The platform includes KickStats Stats Hub (for football fans) and Kid Zone (for young players aged 5+). For any questions about these terms, contact us at: legal@kickstatshub.com

By accessing or using KickStats Hub, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use KickStats Hub. If you are registering an account on behalf of a child, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian and that you accept these terms on their behalf.

KickStats Hub is intended for users aged 13 and over. The Kid Zone feature is designed for children aged 5+ but must be set up and supervised by a parent or guardian aged 18 or over. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

KickStats Hub offers a free tier with limited features and a Pro subscription at £10/year. Pro subscriptions are processed securely via Stripe. Your subscription will automatically renew annually unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time through your account settings. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price change takes effect.

You agree not to: • Use KickStats Hub for any unlawful purpose • Attempt to scrape, copy, or reproduce our data, design, or code without permission • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform • Share your account credentials with others • Upload or transmit harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems • Use automated tools to access the platform without our written consent We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

All content, features, code, design, and branding on KickStats Hub are owned by or licensed to Candour IT and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of KickStats Hub without our express written permission. Football data is sourced from third-party providers including football-data.org and API-Football. We do not claim ownership of underlying football data.

The Kid Zone is designed with child safety as a priority. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their child's use of the platform. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without parental consent. If you believe a child has created an account without parental permission, contact us immediately at privacy@kickstatshub.com. Social features (friend requests, messaging) within Kid Zone are designed to be safe and limited in scope.

KickStats Hub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or always available. Football data, statistics, and predictions are provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. We make no guarantees about the accuracy or completeness of any data displayed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Candour IT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of KickStats Hub. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify registered users by email for material changes. Your continued use of KickStats Hub after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
